Collection: Rachel Darlington Exhibition

I am a hobby artist working primarily in acrylic and oil, always finishing my pieces in oil — the medium that first captured my heart. I’m from Dubbo, NSW and am continually inspired by the rural landscape that surrounds me, my work draws on the quiet beauty of country life, particularly florals and animals.

Working in a realistic style, I focus on capturing delicate details and “pretty” moments that bring warmth and joy to the viewer. As my practice evolves, I am expanding into figurative and mixed media work while maintaining a refined, considered finish.

Painting is my creative outlet — a way to slow down and create thoughtful, uplifting pieces that celebrate beauty in the everyday.
