Kim will then glaze your work and it will be fired again. Each firing can take up to 48 hours to fire and cool down and the whole process can't be rushed. This is why it will be 4-6 weeks before you can collect your work\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003ePottery is unpredictable.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003e pottery can warp or crack in the kiln—even for the pros. We take a lot of care to minimize this, but sometimes the \"Kiln Gods\" have other plans.
